Non-refundable: Application fee is not refunded under any circumstances once submitted.

Fee waivers: No fee waiver is provided beyond the category-based concessions listed above.
Correction window: Fee already paid cannot be transferred if you change the paper selection during correction window — you may need to pay the difference.
